Hindu Goddess Kali, a work in progress

Have a few projects I'm working on at one time but I'm kind of digging this one right now.  Like I mentioned in an earlier post a friend from work had sent me pictures of the Hindu goddess, Kali.  I love  the rich colors of the original artwork.  So inspiring.  Here she is so far, Kali, a work in progress.
Funny, I asked my friend Vani who is Hindu if it was okay to create a art doll of the Goddess and her response was "just keep it away from meat and it should be fine"
