I love this pattern! Even a novice like me can come away from the sewing machine with a great doll. Instructions are so easy to follow and Deana Hogan of Blue Heron Dolls includes lots of how-to pictures. Here's a link to her site.

Here is my doll so far.
I altered the size of the pattern. Also removed head and hands. They will be sculpted from clay. This body is 14 inches tall and once the head is attached the doll will be approximately 16 1/2 inches tall.
